1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing or using Filmee, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country. Filmee is not directed to children under 13.

2. License and acceptable use

EXO Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Filmee on compatible Android devices. You may not reverse engineer the app except where law allows it, bypass premium or advertising controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or use Filmee to violate law or another person's rights.

You are responsible for the photos and other content you create, import, export, or share, including obtaining any required permissions from people shown in that content. You retain your rights in your content.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Optional subscriptions are sold and managed by Google Play. Prices, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Unless the offer says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies and applicable law.

4. Ads and third-party services

Filmee may show ads and use third-party services for consent, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, and payments. Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve Filmee. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every filter or feature will work on every device.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of Filmee. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Termination and contact

You may stop using Filmee at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for material misuse or legal reasons. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, except where additional notice or consent is legally required.
